1. A booking tour is guaranteed up on a 50% payment in advance to be sent to the Guide in Dar es Salaam, TANZANIA via Bank Transfer at least 10 days before a date of arrival. The remained balance to be paid during a day of tour.
2. Cancellation of tour:
(I) Cancellation of tour within 7 days of arrival, entertains a fee of 25% of a deposited amount plus Money sending charges to a customer's Bank.
(Ii) There is No refund for cancellation of tour within 3 days of arrival as well as for No-show
3. Visitors who are already arrived in Tanzania will pay tour costs in cash at 100%
