I can pick you up at the hotel or in down town but the Martim Moniz Square is the starting point of our walking tour. Since you are still fresh we will climb 5 flights of stairs so we can leave the cosmopolitan city center to go back in time and experience the atmosphere of the middle age. Here you´ll see old churches, the Beco da Achada with probably the oldest house in Lisbon, the Castle of S. George (entrance fee not included). The view from S. Lucia´s terrace is a must but what is expecting us is even better because Alfama is a unique quarter, like a real labyrinth, with lots of steeps, narrow streets and blind alleys in each corner! A visit of the Cathedral. The oldest church in town built in 1147 is the symbol of Christianity. Going down the river we stop for a photo in the House of the Pointed Stones.
