Overview

The Jewish community did settle in Sweden and did found the first Synagogue in the Old Town (Gamla Stan).Nowadays,  the Jews from Slavonic( Poland , Russia,….)  roots is around 20 000 and mainly located in Stockholm.

During our 4-hour tour, we explore the Jewish landmarks in the city and put some light on  the history / heritage in the city .

We start our tour at :
- The Great Synagogue, found in 1870 , designed in Moorish/Assyrian architectural style. The beautiful building was designed for 900 faithful Jews and preaching progressive Judaism.
