Classical City Tour

It is a half-day tour including the most important places of interest in Milan. It can be done entirely on foot with small groups (up to 15 participants), or by bus (panoramic trip + transfers from one place to another) and on foot in the historic centre area, for groups up to 40 participants. After the visit of Duomo Cathedral, the tour proceeds to the first and biggest (and also most beautiful) Arcade covered street in Italy, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, built between 1865 and 1877. It connects Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Scala and is often nicknamed « il salotto di Milano » (Milan’s drawing room), due to its luxury restaurants and cafés, boutique shops, etc., making it a common Milanese meeting and dining place. Last stop of the tour is Piazza della Scala, where a monument of Leonardo and his followers stands in the centre. Two very important buildings can be seen from here – Palazzo Marino, which is the City Hall of Milan, and the World famous Opera Theatre Teatro alla Scala opposite to it.
