Hello I’m Mike, a national licensed tour guide from Kyoto.
I retired from work as a teacher at senior high school and then started this job in 2015. I’m familiar with Japanese history, culture, religion and architecture.
Japan is a country with a variety of delicious food. Each place has its own food specialty. Food is an essential part of my tours.
Some of my guests are interested in daily life experiences, agricultural or cultural experiences.
Anniversary tour, honeymoon tour, graduation tour, etc are also available.
Over these years I have guided 200 solo or group tourists from Us, Canada, Europe and Asia.
My guide areas are mainly Kyoto, Nara and Osaka. But I often go around popular sightseeing spots including Tokyo and Hiroshima.
Each place has its own characteristics and attractions.
You can enjoy different experiences according to the season and the place.
