Il sito Unesco di Barumini e la Giara di Gesturi-The Unesco site of Barumini

Una passeggiata sul bellissimo altopiano della Giara di Gesturi, per scoprire di più sulla macchia mediterranea e cercare i famosi cavallini selvaggi della Giara! Dopo un breve stop a Barumini, visiteremo il più importante sito archeologico dell’isola, un nuraghe costruito intorno al 1400 a.C., unico sito Unesco dell’isola.
Prima di tornare a Cagliari, visiteremo il Museo Archeologico di Casa Zapata.

A very easy walk along the stunning basaltic plateau of the Giara of Gesturi, to find out more about the bushes of the Mediterranean maquis and look for its inhabitants: the little wild horses of the Giara!
After a quick stop in Barumini, we will visit the most eminent archaeological site on the island, listed as World Heritage by Unesco. During the visit you could walk through the biggest nuragic village found on the island and enter into the majestic towers of the nuraghe, a megalithic structure with 5 different towers, built 1400 years BC.
Before heading back to Cagliari, we will visit the Archeological Museum of Casa Zapata.

Une promenade sur le magnifique plateau de la Giara di Gesturi pour en savoir plus sur le maquis méditerranéen et chercher les fameux chevaux sauvages de la Giara ! Après un court arrêt à Barumini, nous visiterons le site archéologique le plus important de l’île, un nuraghe construit vers 1400 avant J.-C., le seul site Unesco de l’île.
Avant de retourner à Cagliari, nous visiterons le musée archéologique Casa Zapata.
