Fátima and its Sanctuary. Fátima is the religious capital of Portugal, and an essential place of visit for many people. This is the place where Our Lady appeared to the 3 children on the 13th. of May 1917, two of them, Francisco and Jacinta – beatified by John Paul II on May 13, 2002.
