The Green heart of Zagreb-feel the green pulse

Not many places boast so many green spaces in the centre of the city itself as Zagreb does. This walking tour is designed to introduce the area popularly known as the “Green horseshoe” to you. “Green horseshoe” consists of seven interconnected square-parks outlining a U shape, planned and built at the end of 19th/ beginning of the 20th Century as part of the Lower Town of Zagreb. Our walking tour includes visit to the Botanical garden and two interesting museums housed in the imposing buildings of the Lower Town. We’ll also have a short break over a cup of coffee/ tea in an amazing café (another hidden gem) so you will have time to relax and find out more about the city of Zagreb and Croatia. Tour Duration: 4 Hours Tour Highlights: Walk along the “Green horseshoe”: Trg bana J.Jela?i?a (J. Jela?i? Square)- Zrinjevac- Botanical Garden- HNK (Croatian National Theatre)- Ilica. This tour also includes a visit to two (2) museums. Price per Person (for the whole tour, not per hour): 30 Euro (2-4 in a group)/ 25 Euro (4-10 in a group)/ 20 Euro (over 10 people in a group). Tour Inclusions: Museums’ entrance fees. Tea/ coffee. Tickets for public transport- bus/ tram/ funicular- (if used on the tour).
