Altogether 24 emperors lived and conducted state affairs in the Forbidden City for a total of 491 years. Visit the Forbidden City along the central axis from south to north for 2.5 hours. Step 4: Drive to the Great Wall at Mutianyu – the most beautiful section of the walls in Beijing. Step 5: Have a look at the Bird Nest and Water Cube outside. If you are interested in the inner structure of the stadiums, our tour guide will help you buy tickets. we will leave enough time for you to take pictures. Step 6: Be transferred back to the hotel at about 5:30 pm.
